Things we can’t help with:
- Specific advice about your own pension situation. We’re not a regulated financial adviser. We can explain how the rules work, but we can’t tell you what to do — that needs someone who’s seen your numbers and is authorised to give that advice
- Claims, contributions, transfers, or anything that needs scheme records. Those go through your scheme administrator (NHS Pensions, MyCSP, Capita Teachers’ Pensions, etc.) — we don’t have access to anyone’s individual accounts
